I don't know what to say here because it's an airport so what all do you really expect. I never thought I would be grateful for 2 1/2 hour layover as I think I spent 1/2 hour just ordering, getting my food, paying and getting a receipt - which is all down while in line cafeteria style.
The pizza is just as "good" as anything you'd get in any airport which certainly isn't a compliment given this is supposed to be a restaurant in Chicago where the locals eat. It's thin crust which I prefer but the taste brought back memories of Friday pizza at the elementary-school cafeteria.
If this was a meal I got in the outside world I'd give it one star. It's fascinating how tasteless this disk of pizza is! But since it's an airport and there's slim pickings for dinner it gets two stars. Since they serve there's Maso Canali Pinot Grigio and Louis Martini Cab Sav I bump it up to 3 stars. -

The next time someone wants to argue Chicago vs New York Pizza I'm just going to mention Homerun Inn. Argument over.
Look at this picture. That is a personal pizza? That's Chicago style? I paid $12 for that. Fuggedabowtit.
This place is a rip off. Stay away. -

I just had the worst pizza in my entire life, horrible crust, basically just bread and cheese.
Don't waste your money! -

Time 230pm on Wednesday 6/26.
Group of us in line. No one else in restaurant. About 8 employees present but none helping us.
Excellent service. We walked away and took our $ elsewhere. -

Yuck! If I could give zero stars I would. While the customer service is great, the pizza taste like cardboard. Imagine your worst frozen microwave pizza, and subtract 5 million...Home Run Inn Pizza. Seriously, this is Chicago, land of delicious pizza and you're serving this joke of a pizza at the airport. Never again...YUCK!
